“We can’t say enough great things about our stay. What started as a 30-day booking turned into about 4.5 months while we were displaced from our home due to a slab leak and repairs. Joshua was incredible, always responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with as we extended month by month. The home truly felt like home, comfortable, spacious, and inviting. The indoor/outdoor flow is seamless, and the backyard makes it a great place to relax and enjoy. We even spent Christmas here, which made it especially meaningful for our family, along with many other special moments. The house is fully equipped, we never felt like we were missing anything. The location is excellent (we live just a couple blocks away and know the area well). Made our transition seamless, truly a place we were happy to call home. Spacious rooms and home. Thank you Joshua and Apex for providing comfort and consistency during a stressful time. I would say more, but limited to 1000 characters. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“The home was amazing! Super unique layout, but didn't make it feel uninviting. The house itself has a GORGEOUS primary suite! Joshua was an amazing host who was always responsive to questions I had. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone looking to have a wonderful time in a gorgeous home. The only "negative" is 4th bedroom is located exteriorly upstairs to the other 3 / rest of the house, and has no direct ensuite bathroom. Which means you need to go outside and downstairs to use the bathroom. Additionally the 4th room is really not well ventilated, so if the windows are closed, it will get extremely stuffy and out. Our group did not use that bedroom, so it was not an issue for us, but I could see it being an issue in the dead of summer if you need to use it.”
“We enjoyed our stay at this Wexler house. It was as described and neat and clean. The kitchen has a wide range of appliances and tools should you want prepare your own meals. Many nice restaurants nearby for those meals out.”

“Honestly. 10/10 would stay again. Joshua is very accommodating. Our code didn’t work for the door and they were quick to answer and help us out. When the pool wasn’t heated, they made sure we had that ready for us in the morning. The space in the house is insane and amazing. We had such an amazing time. Thank you!”
