“Loved our stay in La Jolla. The pictures for the home were accurate. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings outdoors on the back patio every day. We had an active group of adults so took advantage of the hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, and weights each day. Plenty of beds and bedding for our large group. Communication with Josh and APEK was easy when we had questions.”
“We booked this place super last minute because our original booking was cancelled the day we were scheduled to check-in. Joshua, the host, was super accommodating, very friendly & went out of his way to accommodate us. I cannot speak highly enough about he, his wife & his cleaning crew. The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. Beds felt like sleeping at a luxury hotel. The outdoor space was perfect for our large group. The house really offered something for everyone. Plenty of outdoor games to keep the kids active and seating areas were very comfortable. Hot tub/sauna in the back. Fitness center in the garage. Outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven was a great amenity. The living areas were really spacious and comfortable. Just all around a great experience. No one wanted to leave. Saving this house on my profile for sure. Thank you Josh!”

“Our family is located all over the country and we look forward to two trips a year where we all can get together to play, explore, relax, catch up and have fun! Joshua's home checked every box! Check in was so easy even with the flight delays and arrival later than expected. Joshua is a great host and responded very quickly anytime I communicated with him. He even came over on request to check on something and brought us a case of Spindrift! So nice! The house felt like home the minute we walked in, smelled fresh and was very clean. The rooms were set up nicely and the decor was beautiful. It was equipped with a large yard, gym equipment, two washers and two dryers, and so much more than we expected. The location is close to everything "San Diego"!!! We went to the beach and hiked when we weren't enjoying ourselves at the house. Grocery is a couple of blocks away and the airport is very close too. The online description of the home was on point! We definitely recommend!!”
“This was one of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. It was very well decorated. The amenities were great like the sauna and showers, and all of the beds were soooo comfy!! We had a couple minor issues and Josh was extremely quick to respond and help us with them. Plenty of space for our group of 8 that stayed here. I definitely recommend this property.”

“We brought my parents to San Diego to celebrate my mom’s birthday and overall had a lovely stay. We really enjoyed the house and appreciated the effort that went into making it welcoming. A few things were a little different from what we expected, as the photos didn’t fully reflect some of the recent renovations. For example, the new fireplace was a bit of an attraction for our 16-month-old, though we were able to make it work without too much trouble. We also noticed there was one less king bedroom than originally described, though in the end it wasn’t a major issue for our group. We had initially planned to use the extra room as a workspace for my husband during an important Zoom meeting, but we were still able to manage. Joshua was kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay, and we truly appreciated that. Overall, we could see the great effort that was made, and we would give 5 stars for that.”
“I stayed with 8 guests and we had plenty of room. The place was beautifully decorated and the bed and sheets were so comfortable. The backyard was fun to hang out in and the jacuzzi and sauna was a nice touch. Each room had a TV and the bathrooms had nice products. We loved our stay! Would highly recommend.”
