Program Name: APEK Rentals SMS Program

Program Description:

By opting into the APEK Rentals SMS Program, you agree to receive the types of text messages selected in your opt-in form. Service messages may include booking confirmations, guest communications, maintenance updates, account notifications and operational updates. Guests who separately opt into promotional messages may also receive APEK Rentals travel offers, special rates and updates about future stays. Promotional SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing, booking, providing required contact details or signing a rental agreement. Message frequency varies. Opt-Out Instructions:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the number from which you received messages. Upon sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions:

To rejoin the SMS program after opting out, you may opt in again through our website or by following the original opt-in process. Once re-enrolled, you will resume receiving SMS messages from APEK Rentals.
