“Our stay in Palm Springs, CA was absolutely perfect! The location of the home is stunning—surrounded by beautiful mountains and just minutes from downtown. We loved strolling through the nearby shops and restaurants, then heading back to the house to cool off in the pool. It truly made for an unforgettable experience. The home itself is super clean, incredibly spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. When we had a minor issue with the pool heat, Apek Rentals was incredibly responsive and had someone out promptly to ensure everything was perfect. “we had the most amazing time in Palm Springs at the Fig ranch! The house was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. I loved all the furnishings, modern art, and comfortable layout. The private backyard was my favorite part of the house - it had a sparkling pool/spa and incredible mountain views. I spent most of my time outside lounging on the pool floats and soaking up the sun. While others opted to flex their culinary chops in the fully furnished kitchen (kitchen aid mixer and all!). Loved the cozy outdoor gazebo! Josh was such a great host and made everything so easy for us. I can’t wait to come back to this place again!””

“Fig Ranch was a great place to stay. Watching the sun set behind the mountains with a glass of wine was the perfect start to our night. The house's open floor plan allowed us to easily flow between the kitchen, the living room, and the outdoor dining area while making dinner which made for an absolutely charming evening. When we were ready to hit the town, the bars were a quick Uber ride away, and that short ride was even more appreciated when we were ready to wrap up our night. Be sure to enjoy your morning coffee in the backyard bungalow where you'll feel like a Disney princess when the hummingbirds stop by to say hello!”

“I would have given this property 3.5 stars. They have a lot of art on the walls that I wish I knew before I got there. There were pictures of penises, cheeky BDSM, and a kiss on the butt. I will be clear that I am not offended by nearly anything sexual as an adult but this was excessive and we brought children, which they knew. The water pressure was so bad I couldn't even wash my hair. The outside lights didn't work even after trouble shooting and we couldn't get a fireplace key that was missing even after being told to wait for over an hour to get one. We still got the wrong type after that wait and couldn't use the fireplace. The property was amazing. It was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. If - and only if - my feedback were taken, I would stay at this property again.”

“My family stayed at Joshua's place over a long weekend and we felt his place was incredibly clean, well stocked, has all the amenities you could ask for, and the pool was lovely. All bedrooms we're well equipped with linens and blankets, and (for the most part) black out curtains! Because we visited in December, the pool had to be heated, and we had to call when we wanted them to switch the heating from the pool to the hot tub. Also, potentially because of the time of year, the pool only got about 2-3 hours of direct sunlight during the day. The outdoor space IS the highlight of this property with amazing sitting areas, and an outdoor table big enough to seat the whole crew. The neighborhood is quiet, private, and with a great view of the mountains. The neighbors were friendly, and it was walking distance to a local park, but not any restaurants. If you want to stay on the main drag, this place isn't within walking distance. Overall great stay!”

The house had plenty of spare linen, games to play, magazines to read and extras such as coffee, tea, kitchen towels, washing powered ext that are not normally provided in Air B&B properties!”
