“I booked this beautiful property for a family Christmas reunion (4 adults, no kids). The home was well-furnished and comfortably stocked with everything we needed - hygiene supplies, fresh towels and bedding, essential kitchen items, even some board games! The home also boasted lovely mountain views and though we didn't end up using the pool, we enjoyed the peaceful vibe the pool gave just from its proximity. Overall, amidst the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, the rest and relaxation we all were able to enjoy in Palm Springs was exactly what everyone needed, and I'm thankful we were able to have such a gorgeous and comfortable space to call home for the few days we were there. “I had an amazing stay at Sunnyside that exceeded my expectations. The house was stunning and had all the amenities to make my stay comfortable. The furniture was all brand new and everything was exceptionally clean. One of the highlights of my trip was the proximity to so many golf courses. I was able to play Escena and Cimmarron which were less that 10 minutes from the house. Playing with the snow-capped mountains as the backdrop was an incredible experience. The quiet and peaceful neighborhood allowed me to truly unwind and relax, and the friendly neighbors made me feel welcome and secure. The spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated house had a well-equipped kitchen, an outdoor patio, and a refreshing pool. Joshua, the host, was exceptional in his attentiveness and making me feel like a VIP guest. Overall, I highly recommend Joshua's Airbnb in Palm Springs for a luxurious and peaceful vacation with amazing golf courses and stunning views.”

“Positive: Location and spaciousness Negative: The coffee pot was broken could not make coffee. The refrigerator was not hooked up to water so there was no ice. The refrigerator made a dinging noise our entire stay. The dryer turned on, but didn’t work. The next-door neighbor behind us called us over to the fence But was completely naked when we got there. Assuming the heat to the pool was turned off so a lot of other lights in the house didn’t turn on.the neighbors to the left were pretty noisy.”

“Home is very clean, pool is nice and outdoor kitchen is a great feature. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Very bare bones on decor, linens and ambiance. Kitchen is not really equipped, so bring your own serving bowls and poolside cups.”

“The house is very spacious with a large eating area and lots of places to sit in two different living areas. The bedrooms are large and a bath for each bedroom. We did not use the pool as it was fairly cool when we were there, but it is a large pool with umbrella and seating area in the pool as well as large outdoor dining area and chairs and benchers for warmer weather. Note that this is close to the airport, so there are a lot of planes. And this is also a windy area of Palm Springs. They provided a nice coffee machine and pods, as well as dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, pool towels and lots of tissues which was greatly appreciated. There are some minor things that need to be addressed like more eating utensils and cutting knives, more toilet paper, and replacing some indoor lights. We did not use the outdoor grill area. There were instructions about a gauge to check how much gas there was, but we did not find it.”

“Positive: Once the pool was heated, it was lovely!!! The outside yard was great. Appreciated the Keurig coffees. The home was clean. We even used the garage for our rental car. Negative: 1) air conditioner wasn't cooling to requested temperature. 2) dishwasher always blinked and stopped and didn't finish without us opening and resuming. 3) remotes in middle bedroom and front of house bedroom did not work to turn on the TV. FYI: during the windstorm, a couple roof tiles blew off and broke on the driveway.”

“Positive: Very clean and nice pool. Negative: The home was in the airport traffic pattern. Very loud Plane activity started at 6:00AM every morning. The barbecue is very old and rusted and should be replaced, missing all but two bulbs in the out door dining area chandelier, No bowls supplied in the kitchen and would suggest providing plastic cups for outdoor use.”

“The house was in a quiet beautiful neighborhood located near all the amazing restaurants and spots in Palm Spring. The house had everything we needed. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because the second air conditioner was not plugged in and it was 115 degrees so the house took a bit to cool off. We had some minor issues which the host responded to us but no one came to check on, we were able to fix them ourselves so it didn’t take from the experience. We would definitely stay again, it’s a newer Airbnb so kinks just need to be worked out. Overall it’s a great house.”
