“We had a great family vacation in this house. The neighborhood was well designed, quiet and friendly. We had our dog with us and the private fenced backyard was perfect. There is a community green space that was reachable from the yard…very lovely. We paid extra to heat the pool, heated hot tub was included in the rental. The house is close to the airport but the plane traffic wasn’t bothersome and I think it is restricted at night. We would be happy to stay here again!”

The place was immaculate and well equipped with great bath and pool towels, bed linens and kitchen supplies. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We enjoyed our time at the pool and spa, the view from the backyard, the grounds, the neighborhood (quiet and safe). Great stay and Joshua was always very responsive and attentive. Look forward to coming back. 10/10 all around.”

“Fantastic stay! The house had GREAT amenities. My favorites being the comfy beds, the grill right next to the kitchen, the easy to use steam shower and garage access to protect my car from the heat. Also, this location is so close to downtown with shops and restaurants galore! As well as the airport, a 10 minute drive. Less then a mile from Toucans, I recommend the Sunday night show! I downloaded the DACK app which made check-in smooth, and it had so much helpful info in the app re late/early checkout, dining recommendations and nearby activities. The house was large and open. Very clean, great amenities. The steam shower was luxurious. House was stocked with all essentials and comforts of home. Downtown Palm Springs was about a 5 minute drive from the home, as well as the Aerial Tram and Tahquitz Canyon hiking. A variety of grocery stores were all near by. Would stay at Joshua's Place again.”

We also loved the products in the bathroom (Avalon Organics) which gave us this spa like feeling. The pool was nice and the hot tub heats up fast and gets nicely hot. Everything was very clean! We definitely want to come back! Negative: It was hard to figure out how one of the showers worked as one of the armatures to turn on the water was oddly positioned outside of the shower and it was not clear how to turn on the warm water. So we just used the second shower in the bathroom.”

“We had a great stay here with two adults and 2 small kids. The home is well stocked and immaculately clean. We especially appreciated not having to pack our highchair and pack and play as they were provided. We enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Palm Springs, parks and activities. The backyard/pool area is also quiet and peaceful. One word of advice: download the DACK app as indicated by the host prior to check-in. I didn’t do this, and had issues with check-in (my own fault). You can also use the app to control the thermostat etc which is quite handy. One minor annoyance is that you really can’t check-in early without paying a fee. We arrived 10 min early and had to wait for our door code to be active. Not a huge deal, but anyone with kids knows that they’re impatient little tyrants. (I did not ask to be let in early- and it’s very possible they would have let us). All of that to say, I do recommend staying here. The host is responsive and helpful, and the home is beautiful.”

We had some troubles, but wasn't any issue. The staff solved it as soon as possible, made us feel comfortable, asked if we needed anything always there for us. It was one of the BEST PLACE we stay since we used booking.com!! Won't regret! Really cozy and nice. Recommend for people who really want to rest. Because the neighborhoods are really quite, so best place to sleep in peace. Negative: Nothing.”
