**Please note that OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER PALM SPRINGS ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.
** SECURITY HOLD IS $750 AND WILL BE PROCESSED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND RETURNED ON CHECKOUT DAY POST INSPECTION FOR DAMAGES (Does not apply to Airbnb reservations)**
* The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs.
* The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.
Verification and contracts are submitted on a alternate page called SuiteOp after confirmation of reservation

This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.
Re-washed Dinnerware
Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.
We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible.
**Mail and Package Deliveries
Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages.
Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option.
While we will do our best to assist if an issue arises, our ability to help retrieve missing items is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
**Cancellation Policy & Travel Insurance Recommendation
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have a clear cancellation policy in place:
• 100% Refund – Guests may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking for a full refund.
• 50% Refund – After the 48-hour period, guests will receive a 50% refund if canceling at least 30 days before check-in.
• No Refund – Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Because life is unpredictable, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Once a reservation is confirmed, we offer guests the option to purchase travel insurance, which can provide coverage in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that we must adhere to our cancellation policy since the property is reserved exclusively for each guest, making it unavailable to others. If you have existing travel insurance through a provider or credit card, we recommend reviewing your coverage.
