“This is a great location with a beautiful property and lots of fun amenities. The property went under new management between the time we booked and our arrival, but that change was not communicated until after we checked in. Upon arrival, the gate code was not working, and it was initially difficult to reach someone by phone. Once we had the correct contact information, the team was very responsive and helpful. When the coffee maker was broken, they delivered a replacement within an hour and even brought us a bottle of wine to make up for the gate and contact issues. Overall, I would say the service recovery was excellent.”

“We loved staying at this stunning Wexler home. Jay had any amenity thought of, with a fully stacked kitchen including supplies for the outdoor bbq and the bar. He also was extremely responsive if we had any questions and popped by to help us figure out the pool remote :) We loved the complete privacy of the house and backyard. Even with the whole place basically made of floor to ceiling windows, the landscaping created a peaceful enclosed oasis. Bed comfy, water pressure great (from both indoor shower and outdoor!) the pool was warm and clean. The location was helpful for feeling tucked in a neighborhood and walking distance to a park, plus being at the start of town it was great to head straight out to Joshua tree/29 palms area or hop on the highway to head south too. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The place was excellent, perfect for our group. The kitchen is wonderful, the living room was spacious. The hot tub can take a while to get warm when the temperature outside is cooler, as it sort of mixes with the pool water over the dividing wall, but it was an excellent spot to sit and chat with friends. The host was very communicative, although some of the more marketing-type messages got a little distracting to tell what was relevant vs what was key information. Would return in the future, a great stay!”
“We had a great stay. The property is beautiful and was perfect for our group, and the layout and amenities worked very well for a group retreat. APEK Rentals was responsive and checked in often, which we appreciated. The only challenge during our stay was a scheduled overnight power outage that we weren’t notified of in advance. While it didn’t significantly impact our overall experience, having a heads-up would have helped us prepare and would have avoided some inconvenience. Overall, we would still rate this a 5-star stay and would happily stay again and recommend to other groups!”

“House is nice, very comfortable beds. Pool and spa were great. Kitchen is well apportioned. Only complaints are it is directly in the flight path of the airport so you’re going to hear the 737’s screaming overhead as you relax in the jacuzzi, and the water pressure is absolutely atrocious. I spent most of the trip longing for a proper shower. Otherwise I would say excellent value for money.”
