Owners were quick to respond, thorough, and very helpful and informative. Just 5 minutes by car to downtown Palm Springs and all it has to offer. Would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying there again.”

“We loved staying at this stunning Wexler home. Jay had any amenity thought of, with a fully stacked kitchen including supplies for the outdoor bbq and the bar. He also was extremely responsive if we had any questions and popped by to help us figure out the pool remote :) We loved the complete privacy of the house and backyard. Even with the whole place basically made of floor to ceiling windows, the landscaping created a peaceful enclosed oasis. Bed comfy, water pressure great (from both indoor shower and outdoor!) the pool was warm and clean. The location was helpful for feeling tucked in a neighborhood and walking distance to a park, plus being at the start of town it was great to head straight out to Joshua tree/29 palms area or hop on the highway to head south too. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a fantastic stay! We really appreciated the kitchen stocked with many quality utensils, pots and pans and general dishes, cups, plates, etc. It made enjoying meals at home so wonderful. Also there were plenty of towels. The house is gorgeous and we really enjoyed playing the piano and lounging by the pool. Comfortable beds and pillows, excellent fans and AC. We would certainly stay again!”

“4 of us (2 couples) rented this house to work remotely on a Friday and explore Palm Springs over the weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and big enough for 4 people to work remotely (with a few meetings) without disruption. The location is quiet & a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, and the house has a whole binder with instructions (for WiFi, the pool and hot tub, etc) as well as recommendations. We loved just walking around the house to appreciate the decor, and the hot tub was an incredible way to relax in the evenings!”

“What a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described and a joy to stay in. Didn’t want to leave! Immaculate house. We wanted for nothing. We had an issue with the plumbing. When notified, the hosts got someone out there ASAP. Hosts were attentive and a joy to work with. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.”

Communication with Apek rentals was incredibly smooth; we had an issue with the pool heating and they refunded us immediately. Loved that the house included books on Wexler himself so we could learn more about him and his work. A truly unique and special spot to stay in Palm Springs.”

“We really enjoyed our time in Palm Springs thanks a lot to the stunning home we stayed in. The serene home was everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The pool and spa were perfect and very private. The kitchen was gorgeous and well designed with high-end appliances. The bed in the primary room was on the firmer side, but not too firm to be comfortable and it gets very bright in the morning in the bedroom thanks to large amount of windows, even with the shades drawn. Just something to be aware of. The host was very responsive and the home had pretty much everything we would ever need. I would have no hesitation staying again or recommending to friends and family.”

“My wife and I had a wonderful time at this artfully constructed house. The interior is modern and artsy, with a fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were perfect, offering plenty of seating areas to relax. The firepit was beautiful, and next time we visit with our kids, we’re definitely making s’mores! The outdoor shower was very convenient for rinsing off after a swim, and the outdoor pool restroom with the men’s urinal was a nice touch. We can't wait to stay again! A couple of minor hiccups during our stay—unfortunately, the pool light decided to take a break, and while we waited for it to get fixed, we enjoyed the ambiance under the stars. The master bathroom shower also got a bit too enthusiastic and flooded, but maintenance came by the next day with some Drano to save the day. A little quicker communication would have been nice, but overall, these were just small bumps in an otherwise great stay.”

“I LOVED this Palm Springs home we stayed in. It honestly is better than the pictures. It was such a beautiful home, and I would highly recommend it. I even got some inspo for my future home that’s how much I loved the layout. Super clean and everything was thought of. They had a lot of kitchen items such as pots and plates which I appreciated because we cooked a lot. Clear instructions on how to heat the jacuzzi as well. Netflix was available. The house was in pristine condition and my only complaint was the house door code didn’t work our entire stay, we tried all of the codes given to us and none of them worked, and that was disappointing. We reached out for help and still none of the codes work. Other than that I have no complaints. Thank you guys for this experience.”

“We truely enjoyed our stay at this modern house. The hosts were responsive. The facilities were easy to use. The pool wad fancy and clean too. The piano was a bit old and out of tune but surprisingly the tone is still great. Overall, highly recommend this place!”

“This place has amazing potential. It has a great layout, modern appliances, comfy beds, a beautiful outdoor space. We unfortunately encountered some hiccups that were not ideal over the NYE holiday. The kitchen lights and refridgeration units lost power due to a faulty circuit breaker. We tried to reset it per a conversation with Jay, but were met with the breakers sparking and needing to be replaced. Jay took care of it the next day and replaced the damaged circuit breakers. The primary bedroom's shower also needed to have a towel put down inside of the shower so it wouldn't leak into the primary bedroom. We did notify Jay and APEX and got the following response "As far as the shower, a towel outside of the door while you shower usually does the trick." We were also notified about a leak in the secondary bathroom and were able to throw some towels down to stop that. Look, I know stuff happens. But if these are things you are aware of, please fix them before the next guest comes”

“If you want peace and relaxation, this is the place. It has a fantastic pool and jacuzzi, a beautiful garden with cactuses and fruit trees, gas stations, and a nearby mini market. You are less than 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. It's a great place to bring your dog. Jay was easy and quick to respond, ensuring we had everything we needed. I believe Check-in is a bit late, at 4 p.m., and there is a fee for an early check-in. Overall, we truly enjoyed it!”

“Overall we had a pleasant experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and located on a quiet residential street. The well-stocked kitchen made cooking easy, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower and the private side yard. Beds were comfy, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well-maintained. There were some downsides. The backyard lacked shade except for two small, damaged umbrellas, making it hard to use in the afternoon heat. The built-in BBQ was nice but also in direct sun, which limited its use during the day. There’s a large apartment complex directly behind the house. The pool and spa were clean; spa heat was included, but pool heat costs an extra $99/night. We had some appliance issues: the oven broiler and top dishwasher drawer didn’t work, though the bottom drawer was functional. The BBQ was initially broken but was fixed quickly by responsive management. Overall, a good stay with solid amenities, but be aware of the heat, limited shade, and a few maintenance issues.”

“Really enjoyed our stay. House was great. Beds comfortable. Only issue was that the wifi was very unstable. It kept dropping us out so gave up on it in the end. Not talking streaming, just everyday use like emails, searching internet etc.”
