We loved using the pool and how comfortably it fit our group of 8. We all kept saying that we can’t wait to plan our next stay there!”

Just be aware that there is a fair amount of paperwork to sign (I wasn’t expecting it, and it’s the first time I have to do that for an Airbnb rental).”

“We had a great stay here for Coachella! The check in process was a bit intense but that seems to be a city policy and not the owners. The space was better than we anticipated and had plenty of room for 8 of us to sleep, hang out and get ready. Nice outside patio space as well. It was good walking distance to the shuttles (~15min) and close to groceries and other needs. The pool was a bit dirty when we arrived but someone showed up to clean it during our stay, and it was a great temperature without paying extra for heating. The hot tub was a LIFE SAVER at the end of the night—sadly it stopped heating on our last night but until then it was perfect. Overall we loved staying here and would do it again!”

“this house was perfect for our group of 8 celebrating my partner's birthday. the house is bright, clean, efficient and has the mid-century modern charm many Palm Springs visitors are seeking. the outdoor entertaining area was perfect for meals and getting shade after the pool. finally, APEK responded quickly if we had any questions or concerns, was always friendly, and asked us to reach out if there was anything they could do for us. I would definitely use APEK again.”

“This Airbnb is beautiful and exactly as described. It was perfect for 8 girls and we had plenty of space. The location was a 25 min walk from downtown and you can walk through the beautiful homes in the movie colony area to get there. The neighborhood is peaceful and stunning. The hot tub was not working correctly so we had to ask the host to turn it on and off everytime which was a bit frustrating. Also please keep in mind you are required to sign several additional waivers and provide copies of your ID and deposits outside of the Airbnb app which I wasn’t aware of until 2 days before checkin so I wasn’t thrilled about that. You also need to pay $25 USD per hour if you want to check-in early. Just some weird things to be mindful of. Other than that the Airbnb was great.”

“Overall, the rental was pretty much exactly as it was described online. They were very responsive to my requests, however, not always have the proactive answers I was hoping for. The pool had debris from a windstorm and we were told “thank you for your understanding. However they sent someone to clean it when i pushed the envelope. I was disappointed that they charged for an early check in even though I filled the day before. Overall a great stay in a fun and beautiful city. I would stay again.”

“Had a great stay at this place. Beds were very comfortable and very clean. The entire home felt very put together. The property does sit on a main street but palm springs really doesn't have much traffic and once inside we didn't notice any noise. Palm Springs does have an outside noise ordinance that we were not prepared for. No fault of the host obviously. Joshua is very communicative and always helpful.”

“Our group very much enjoyed our stay in this charming home. The location is fantastic. It's an easy five minute drive to the airport and to downtown. It is on a busy street, but we could not hear any street traffic once inside the home. We spent the majority of the time relaxing in the backyard, which was nicely decorated and very private. We had trouble heating the hot tub but once it was brought to Joshua's attention, he was fast to set the heater remotely for us for the duration of our stay. We rolled the dice and opted not to have the pool heated (mid-October), and it paid off as the pool temperature was just perfect. The home was tidy and stylishly decorated. We enjoyed the record player and selection of music. We absolutely would stay again!”

“We had the best time here!! I stayed for a weekend with 7 other people and it was very comfortable. Everyone was blown away by the interior design and all of the amenities. We enjoyed cooking and sitting at the dining table, listening to music, sitting around the fire pit, and enjoying the pool. We loved seeing the mountains from the back yard and enjoyed some gorgeous sunsets. The location is a 5 minute drive from downtown too! The location made it very easy to come and go quickly during our weekend stay. It was very easy driving and finding parking downtown as well as calling ubers and lyfts. Lastly, our contact Joshua was an incredible host to us. He was so responsive, supportive, and kind and made the entire experience even better!”

“Beautiful house, good location, and fun pool. We really enjoyed the space, open kitchen, and bbq/pool area. The extra fee to heat the pool is a bit steep at $100/night and we had to continually request the hot tub be heated up again every few hours as it turned ice cold (even though the spa heating was supposed to be included). The showers were also very hot and then ice cold at times.”

“Great stay! This place had what we needed for two families for a long weekend. Spacious, comfortable furniture and beds, TVs in every bedroom, great patio for cooking outside and dining al fresco, short drive from everything. We had some questions where instructions were not included in the house manual, to which the property agency promptly responded and paid a visit. There were other minor issues that we decided to work around rather than keep reaching out. Didn’t realize this property was on a busy street with no sidewalk until we arrived, but luckily you can’t tell from inside the house or from the backyard. Enjoyed the available amenities and clean towels. We cooked a lot for 4 kids, so next time we would bring convenience amenities ziplock bags, foil, storage containers, a blender, oh and laundry detergent.”

“Positive: The property was a great location and we loved the mid-century modernlooking and feel. The outdoor space was very relaxing with a pool and Jacuzzi and a place to have breakfast in the morning. Negative: We ran into a few hiccups when we first arrived. We had difficulty with the TVs as the remotes were in the wrong place and some didn’t have batteries in them. There is no local TV channels. The TV is set up with Roku with a password on it that the owners would not allow to download any other apps. We were there for the Super Bowl so we had some difficulty trying to find out how to access it on Roku. We recommended they should download a few more apps to allow people to sign into their home accounts. Also, we had a lot of difficulty getting the Jacuzzi turned on. Multiple conversations back-and-forth between the property managers, who at first refused to turn it higher than 95°. There seem to be confusion of how to actually operate the Jacuzzi. It was disappointing that there were additional fees That weren’t disclosed on the booking info. For since it’s $99 a day to have the pool heated with a three day minimum. Also the patio outside the secret room was dirty, and the screen was laying on the patio. The master bedroom also wasn’t as clean and sparkling as it should’ve been with hair and dust and some trash underneath the bed. The location is off a very busy street so there was a lot of traffic noise. The bedrooms are all in the back part of the property so it wasn’t super loud or distracting when you’re trying to sleep. Also, very close to the airport, which we expected, so you could hear the low rumbling of the Jets coming in and out all night.”

“The place is an ideal location to downtown palms spring. The house is great and very cozy. A lovely get away from home. You just gotta ensure that a real person is talking to you when you have questions. There is a chat box programmed for generic questions. It's possible, but you gotta keep texting until a real human responds. Overall, great!”

“Good spot with easy access to the rest of Palm Springs. The backyard has a great layout. There were minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed, and the traffic noise was more like what that of a larger city than a small town.”
