“We booked the property almost a year in advance to spend four weeks in Palm Springs and we’re so glad we did. We really enjoyed the house and property - the back yard was a resort on its own with sunny chairs by the pool, bocce, putting green and just green surroundings ! The house was great and comfortable. There were two of us consistently and then some days when we had 2-4 guests and the house never felt crowded. Rooms were spacious and well furnished. Everything was no more than a 10 minute drive away - loved being able to get into Downtown Palm Springs while having our quieter spot to relax. Highly recommend - thank you!”

“What a great place to stay for our Palm Springs vacation! Conveniently located, clean, and a beautiful outdoor space. Host was responsive when we had a couple of issues with hot tub. The house was generally well stocked but I would suggest adding a few more towels (especially for the kitchen), shower gels for bathrooms, a few updated pans and baking sheets, and darker curtains for bedroom privacy. Of course, those are just small things though! We enjoyed the outside area, pool, and hot tub. Lots of places to relax. Beds were comfy and our family of 6 had plenty of room. The neighborhood was cute and easy to get in and out of to go explore the area. Wonderful home for a family to enjoy!”

“We recently had the pleasure of staying with Apek Rentals, and our experience was quite a journey! Our first rental property exceeded all of our expectations. We absolutely loved enjoying the various areas it had to offer, especially the chef's kitchen, which was a dream for cooking enthusiasts like us, and the pool and jacuzzi that provided the perfect relaxation spots. However, when we extended our stay into a second property, we faced some challenges. Unfortunately, there were issues with the AC, jacuzzi, and general maintenance that somewhat disrupted our experience. While the host was very responsive and attentive to our concerns, we truly wished the property had been better maintained. It’s such an enchanting place, and we wanted to enjoy every moment without interruptions. Despite these hiccups, we are still grateful for the overall vacation and the memories we created. We will definitely consider booking with Apek Rentals again in the future, hoping for a smother visit.”

We had a little issue with the shower in one of the restrooms but the maintenance crew came to fix it the next day. Truly enjoyed this home!!!”

“This was our second visit and Joshua was a wonderful host. He is very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was wonderful. He reached out to make sure everything was well and sent over a fan because one of the rooms was a bit warmer than the rest with ac on. Granted, it’s Palm Springs and it was 110-112 degrees while we were there, but we were so grateful to have Joshua set us up with a fan to cool off the room. Very family friendly home. Mini golf, foosball table, jenga, indoor games for the family, jacuzzi, and of course the pool. Absolutely wonderful location.”

“We had the best time at Joshua’s Air BNB. Our reservation at our original hotel was cancelled due to overbooking and we were able to book this Air BNB immediately. Joshua let us check in early which was so helpful since we had nowhere to go. The house was pristine and had every amenity you could think of; pool, firepit, mini-golf, etc. The neighborhood is a 10 min drive from the downtown area and is in a peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here!!!”

“Positive: The check in was completely automated, and there was an electronic board mounted on the wall with property information, local recommendations, the property manager's contact info, and express check out feature. Lots of games to play at the house but also in close proximity to local attractions and restaurants. Beds and linens were really comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were newly remodeled and well appointed. The property provided very nice amenities like higher end lotion and bath products. Some signs of age in areas (a touchy bathroom door for instance), but overall very nice and clean. Negative: Palm Springs prohibits all music from being played outdoors, but that's universal throughout the City and not the fault of the owner. It's just something to think about if you are considering renting in Palm Springs.”

“This spot was perfect for a girls getaway! It was clean, slept comfortably and the backyard was a dream hangout spot! My only complaints were that we had dogs and the sprinklers went off three times a day. We asked for them to be off but the maintenance guy they sent said he could not turn them off. This place is advertised mostly for how awesome the backyard is and you can’t really use it when it’s soaking wet and muddy. Mother Nature threw a storm our way and knocked the power out and it was hard to get in touch with a real person that was not an automated response. That was a bit frustrating. All and all I would come back to this place. The house was great I just think APEK could use some improvements with communication and keeping sprinklers off while guests are in town.”

“Positive: The location is close to the downtown area which made it convenient to meet friends and attend events near there. The place was spacious, and has appeared to be remodeled in some spaces, even though it looks DIY. The inside was clean, the area was quiet, the beds were comfy. The yard is very big and surrounds the whole house with real grass, so my dogs were really happy the whole visit, they loved it outside. Negative: I felt the price didnt reflect what I recieved. First last minute before we left they wanted a cleaning deposit of over $100 for my two pugs. Which was hysterical when we arrived as the whole outside area looked as if it hadn't been blown out or swept for quite some time, we actually had to do it, as my dogs kept finding leaves and other items. The third bedroom (which we didnt even use) has the 2 beds in it, it looks as if its an attached garage converted to a bedroom. And its not connected to the central air conditioning, it appeared that it had an air conditioner in there, but we didnt use this room and I was kinda glad our guests couldnt make it, cause it reminded me of sleeping in a garage. The furniture outside was ripped. The ottomans around the fire pit had bird feces all over them. I didnt use the pool but it looked a little dirty. I felt the price I paid for what we recieved was not really worth it.”
