When we got ready to go to the store there was a care package on the doorstep with those items and more waiting for us. It has tons of natural light, a large, lovely, private yard, and the layout is great: master on one end of the house and three bedrooms on the opposite side of the living area. Very nice place. “My friends and I came up from San Diego for my birthday and had a great stay. This house was spacious and comfortable for the 6 of us (one couple and four individuals.) We loved the pool - no need to pay for heating in June, the temp is perfect. The spa warms up quickly too. The kitchen was well stocked and pretty easy to cook in - the only things we found ourselves missing were olive oil and a cocktail shaker, which is much more than many other airbnbs have! Beds were comfortable and clean. Other reviews note airport noise - you are in the takeoff path quite close to the PS airport, so if you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise it might bother you, but living near the SD airport we are all used to hearing planes anyway so it wasn’t an issue. We had a slight issue getting the wifi to work at first and APEK was a bit slow to respond, but we were able to get it working after restarting it a couple times. All in all a great stay!”

“Our stay was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The outdoor space was a dream! We spent so much time by the pool and lounging in the sunshine, with the stunning mountain views in the background. It was private, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and the A/C kept everything perfectly cool even in the desert heat. Our host was responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything went smoothly. We really appreciated the great communication and attention to detail. “After some initial confusion during booking (a visit to an outside portal for ID verification is required) we had an excellent stay in this beautiful home. It was the perfect size and layout for two couples and two kids and we spent time in the lovely pool and hot tub every day. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, beds are comfortable, and it's close to groceries, coffee, tennis courts, and a playground. APEK was very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay again.”

“Nice place. Pool and spa were great. We didn't mind the planes overhead although if sensitive to noise could be an issue for some. They were responsive to some of our requests like when the spa jets stopped working. But some things like not enough toilet paper and the sprinklers going off on lounge chairs twice during day were not. I saw in an earlier review they said they would reprogram the sprinklers but don't think they did. Overall it is a nice space though, large kitchen and living space and well maintained backyard!”

“Great house - very well furnished and well equipped! Kitchen had everyone you could need and more. Board games were a nice touch. Cute backyard and pool and hot tub were great. The location is great, very close to downtown Palm Springs. Be aware that it is very close to the airport and can be right under the flight path. Planes were very loud starting around 6am. Not a huge deal but good to know if that would bother you. I took off one star because the management company did not respond to my request for a credit after we experienced the roof leaking onto the bed during our stay and I had to involve Airbnb's customer support.”

“We had a great stay. Highlights are the kitchen, large primary suite - with an incredibly comfortable bed-and pool area. The backyard is a nice combination of turf and real grass. Our family, along with our dog, spent most of our time enjoying the backyard. NOTE - We have stayed at many homes near the airport so I wasn’t turned off by the previous reviews about planes. That being said, this home is VERY close to the runway. We checked in on a Sunday with many flights leaving throughout the afternoon and evening. We were woken at 530am the next am by a flight taking off that shook the house. There were a few more flights that am. I would say the air traffic decreased significantly by Monday afternoon and was tolerable, with the use of a sound app, the rest of the week. The amenities, the wonderful hosts and the daily rate outweighed the noise for us.”
