“Great for my family of 6! Super close to all of the best places to eat and drive to Palm Desert for more food and shopping. Nice layout inside - we moved some chairs so we could all watch movies at night in the common area. The outside space is perfect! The casita is impecable. Out of al this, Joshua’s customer service really stood out as the best! It made all the difference to know someone had our back, with any questions, the whole time!”

“Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath main house with a 1 bedroom 1 bath casita. The home is in a great location, minutes from DT in a private setting. Amazing backyard, with Mountain Views and fantastic pool. We enjoyed having breakfast outside everyday looking at the mtns. The living room is a little small though for a family, but we made it work and the home didn’t have a single role of toilet paper or coffee when we arrived but the property management company took care of both upon request. We had a great time .”

“Positive: Beautiful home and top notch outdoor space with easy access to downtown. The kitchen was well stocked and they have a bonus ice maker! Negative: Couldn’t find outdoor towels so we used the spare bathroom towels. I called to ask but my call was never returned.”

“Beautiful house with thoughtful designs. We had everything we needed to be set up for fun! The ADU is new and pristine. I was able to work while being close enough to the pool. We had a minor issue with the AC unit but they sent a repairman right away. The location was so close to downtown and we were able to easily pop over for lunch and the weekly market. We will happily come back to stay.”

There were a few routine maintenance tasks scheduled for the house and APEK was proactive with their communication and worked around our schedule. The house and especially the casita and pool were all just as amazing as the pics, and the casita was extra cool throughout the 107 degree temps.”

Although we experienced some miscommunication about a few of the property specifics during our booking, the host was responsive and worked with us to find a mutually satisfying solution. The house and Casita are exactly as pictured - fresh, clean, and beautifully maintained. Kitchen is well stocked and there were some toys for the kids. The pool and backyard are stunning and picturesque. We also appreciated the safety of the neighborhood and its proximity to everything we needed. We'd absolutely return and stay here again!”

“This property is a gem, you don’t want to leave. The architecture is desert perfect and no detail has been left untended. The whole space is fun and several seating areas, kitchen, bathrooms all top of the line fixtures and appliances. Once you enjoy the pool area, you can imagine you are anywhere in the world happy. We , 5 of us, were delighted with this property and will stay again in the future. Just perfectly beautiful.”

“Beautiful, peaceful property that looks just like the photos. Perfect for a group. Outdoor space was 10/10. Communication was the low point. The rental company uses a separate portal alongside Airbnb with conflicting information and door codes. Pre-check-in was a confusing process with technical issues, and a required city signature form wasn't communicated until the day before arrival, causing a last-minute scramble. An early check-in request went unconfirmed until after we'd already landed. The guest book needs more specific instructions - vague guidance like 'linens can be found in various cabinets' felt unspecific to the home. We also discovered a Murphy bed in the front room that isn't mentioned anywhere, and the bedding on it appeared unchanged from a prior stay. Overall, the property itself is lovely and the location is great. The hosting experience just needs more attention to detail.”
