Seems like it's a newer property so the team is still working out some of the kinks - wifi inconsistencies, outdoor furniture cushions not set out - but they were extremely responsive and remedied as best they good in a timely manner. The home itself is very comfortable and was perfect for our group of 6!”

Easy check in and instructions. Pet friendly. My family loved the house and we will definitely stay here again! Negative: The Casita was hot during the day, but the AC in the main house worked super well. There are also fans in all the rooms. They were also very helpful with trying to remedy any minor issues we had.”

“Such a great space and layout! Perfect for our girls trip but could also imagine going back as couples or with my family. The house had everything we needed and notable were the BEDS and pillows. They were the most comfortable ever! The set up around the private pool and jacuzzi was perfect. Being located so close to downtown made it very easy to Uber to all the great restaurants and shopping and nice and close to the airport so we really got to maximize our vacay time. Loved our stay!”

“Positive: Our stay at Casa del Sol was the relaxing getaway we had hoped for. The quiet location was perfect and home was furnished beautifully and quite comfortable. Our host Kevin met us at the property with the keys and explained all we needed to know about the house, pool and spa. Negative: All was good. No negatives.”

“We recently stayed 10 days. The overall layout of the house and casita were great our group. The outdoor space is lovely, and we enjoyed the pool, spa, and the fire pit area. The bedrooms are good size, and having 3 bathrooms was great for our traveling party. The kitchen and the grill area were wonderful and well stocked. We did have an issue when we went to check in early an hour early (which was an extra cost), the code did not work, and so we had to sit outside for 30 mins or so before a new code was sent to us. Additionally, the Wifi was spotty for the front half of the vacation, which I alerted the hosts to, and it was completely out for the last 4.5 days of our stay. There was little to no communication once we alerted them to this. As some of our party was planning on working remotely from the house, and all of the TVs were set up for streaming, this was a big inconvenience.”

“Nice modern house with plenty of space for a big group. Kitchen was stocked to cook a nice meal. Area felt safe and peaceful but still a close uber ride to downtown. The pool and hot tub was nice and clean. They just didn’t have cushions for the lounge chairs and daybed.”

“The Airbnb was in a good location - very close to downtown and grocery stores. The space and backyard was perfect for our group of 7 and overall very clean. We also brought a dog so the grass in the backyard was perfect for him and not have to be on the very hot cement. The kitchen was stocked with tools we neeeded and there were plenty of towels for the pool. The air condition in the ADU was a window unit (the wall unit appeared to not work) and because it was so hot outside, it took a while for that room to cool down each day. The bathroom in the main house appeared to also be leaking from the bottom of the shower and would get the whole floor wet.”
