Chic Cabin Retreat with Hot Tub Big Bear

“this place is genuinely awesome—bigger and every bit as nice as the photos suggest. there were a couple of small hiccups, but the host handled them on the spot. it’s in a super quiet spot, just a short walk to that popular local pancake café, only a 3-minute drive to Snow Summit and 5 to Vons. we’re absolutely coming back here whenever we get the chance.”

Chic Cabin Retreat with Hot Tub Big Bear

“Home was exactly as shown in the photos. It has an updated kitchen and bathroom. Check-in was very easy. We appreciated that the snow had been removed from the driveway, sidewalk, and stairs before our arrival and would definitely stay here again.”

Cozy A-Frame Cabin in Big Bear Lake

“This is a very cosy home, and very comfortably fit our party if 4 adults and 2 kids. It’s just 5 minutes’ walk from Snow Summit base, and as long as you have a car, getting to and from the main road is a cinch too. Trash needs to be dropped off at a trash disposal site which is an easy 5 minutes’ drive away. Note that the 2 main bedrooms aren’t soundproofed due to the high ceiling configuration. It snowed heavily during our stay and a snow removal crew came by the next morning to shovel out the parking spots, which was much appreciated. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We were slightly disappointed that there wasn’t a rice cooker, (as advertised in the listing) but we were able to make do. Overall, we would definitely consider staying here again during a future visit!”
