APEK Rentals was started by Joshua Gilbert, a real estate entrepreneur born and raised in Palm Springs. Joshua has resided in the Coachella Valley for three generations. After several years in the local real estate industry, Joshua formed APEK Rentals, a vacation rental company that combines the highest level of professionalism with excitement, creativity, and flexibility.

For our renters, we provide first-rate customer service and sincerely strive to satisfy all of our renters’ needs. Our industry is in large part based on reviews, and we want to ensure that guests are completely satisfied when they leave our properties.

For our homeowners, we use third-party service providers for all repairs for your property and do not upcharge our customers for these services.
