“We loved this rental! perfect for a little family get away. lots of shade provided in the back yard with umbrellas to escape from the heat. Kitchen had a great selection of cookware and spices. Highchair and playpen came in handy! Lots of extra blankets and pillows. Very accommodating to our request for late check out.”

Me and my friends were in awe with how cute it was, we loved the pool and it felt very private, we didn’t use the hot tub because it was 112 during our stay but the pool was amazing! the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice in clean, kitchen was so cute, absolutely no complaints would 100% book again!”

“We all enjoyed our stay at Amarillo for 6 of us and a baby. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Did enjoy use of the BBQ and plenty of dishes for 6 of us to use. Greatly appreciated the playpen and highchair for my grandson. Demuth Park was nearby for pickleball access and play area for the little one. A car rental would be a bonus as the stores are quite far away...Walmart is a half hour walk. We made great use of the pool and outdoor seating area...very grateful for 3 umbrellas!”

“What a beautiful home that immediately makes you feel happy inside. The beds are all so comfy and linens are just so cute. Love the fluffy white towels as well. The pool was the perfect temperature. The kitchen is so well stocked you really don't need to bring anything but food. I really can't wait to come back when I can enjoy the front yard and the games provided when it cools down. The rain shower was a nice added touch. If you are into posting on IG then this home has so many cute little places to take some cute pictures.”

“Josh’s house was well appointed which was helpful as we were spending lots of time at the house with our kids. My kids played in the pool 4-5 hours each day. The yard is the gem of this house with lots to entertain with and it is well landscaped. The house looks exactly like the photos. Decor is fun. The rooms are decent sizes but bathrooms are on the smaller end - completely typical for this era house. The house is really close to downtown PS. It is also a stones throw to the airport, which isn’t a huge issue for us since there aren’t an overwhelming amount that pass overhead. We thought the use of the Amazon Echo Show (I think that’s what it is) was the coolest thing. A nice touch in the foyer when we arrived with the welcome note and recommendations. Now I want one for my own house!”

“The house and pool are great, and very comfortable, and in a nice quiet location, with lots of sun on the pool. The kitchen drawers are full with every pot and pan and utensil you’d need, including a full set of kitchen knives. Ideal setting for for groups. Joshua is very easy to communicate with. We’d definitely come again.”

“My partner and 2 dogs had a get away for the new years day weekend. The place was immaculate we felt right at home if not better then our home. It was hard to leave a peaceful beautiful place in the desert. Location was close enough to Downtown Palm Springs set in a respectable neighborhood and private. I highly recommend this location and hopefully will return soon.”

“We stayed here right before Christmas for a quick getaway. We traveled with 2 kids and the home was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and fun for all. The location was in the middle of a lot of things to do. The pool was clean and fun! I’d recommend staying here!”

“From the moment we stepped into the house, it felt like home. The space was pristine, open, and filled with natural light. The furnishings matched my own tastes to a tee which made me delighted. Spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and impeccably maintained. We experienced a brief snag with accessing the front door, as the original code didn’t work, but APEK responded quickly with an alternate one which we appreciated. Upon entry, we noticed the freezer was leaking. APEK acknowledged the issue and promised a maintenance visit after the 4th of July holiday. While the follow-up didn’t come as expected, they later apologized and kindly offered a thoughtful solution for a future stay. Despite that, the rest of the experience was seamless. The house was fully stocked, the air conditioning kept us cool, and the pool was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better five minutes from stores, airport, and a dog park. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thanks Joshua and APE”

“Despise some hiccups, we love the place. A good layout that fit my family's sleeping requirements. The house requires a good maintenance program. Portion of the pool stucco was coming off, not enough umbrellas in the pool area. Otherwise a good place to stay.”

“This was an amazing place and exactly as described. The only downfall was that the pool hadn’t been cleaned in a while and we couldn’t use it for the first half of our stay. They responded quickly and gave us a small discount to account for it.”

“Overall, our experience was wonderful. The house was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and clean, providing a pain-free morning. However, the pool was initially dirty, but it was quickly taken care of. The only disappointment was the absence of any outdoor music. Despite these minor issues, we had a great time.”

“What a great place! Just what I was looking for. The pool was great! The place was spotless and smelled clean. Lots of little extras like a package of great coffee in the kitchen and wonderful shampoo and soap in the bathrooms. Sonos stereo speakers and a nice big TV just topped it off. Paid for the pool heating and it was perfect on arrival. The fire pit was great in the morning while having a coffee or as night before bed. Beds and linens were great also.”
