OUTDOOR MUSIC COMPLIANCE
Important: Per City of Palm Springs ordinance, outdoor music is prohibited. Music played indoors must not be audible outdoors, and any sound audible from the property line is a violation. Daytime (8 am to 10 pm) conversations at normal levels are fine. Guests are financially responsible for any city ordinance violation fines.

POOL HEATING
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum required). Requests must be made at least 48 hours before arrival, and heating days must be consecutive, not split up.

• 30+ days before check-in: 50% refund
