“You would never think this place is here because the area surrounding it is not what you expect driving by. This was an excellent and spacious place which accommodated a big group for my birthday. I will say the descriptions states all king beds and one room had a double bed which was unfortunate for a couple who stayed in that room. The pool could have been given a little more love since it looked a little dirty and the photos of the outdoor pool furniture including umbrellas did not match so just be aware of that. Overall I give it a 4.5 out 5 just for those two details. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay here again.”

“Unfortunately the AC was broken in the main house when we got there. But they did get a maintenance guy on site asap to fix it which took two days. But they did their best to be attentive. The early check in option was really nice and we took advantage of the offer. it's a beautiful home and property. There was a cockroach in one of the bedrooms but not too big a deal for me. There really isn't a comfortable hang out area with a couch to relax in but everything else was perfect. We will most likely be staying here again.”

“Place was great! A good location for a big group. AC was working in most of the rooms but luckily the rooms that didn’t have AC, the people in the rooms didn’t need it. There are stray cats that hang out on the yard at night, if you are allergic to cats just watch out for that. A lot of places to get groceries nearby or refill on alcohol. This place was wonderful and I would return again!!”

“My friends and I LOVED this place, we enjoyed being in the pool and jacuzzi everyday. We loved having our own rooms and privacy, as well as the large communal spaces, where we all came together. The hosts responses were almost immediate and any issues we had during our stay was fixed within the next couple hours. The photos do not do this place justice, it is much larger than we thought, which was a good thing. Overall, a very pleasant experiences and we would highly recommend to anyone who would like to have their own privacy as well as small get togethers with friends and loved ones.”

“We loved our stay at The Yucca. Once you enter the gate you’re in your own private oasis. The pool and spa were a big part of us choosing the location but the fact that it held all of our guest comfortably was the biggest reason. All the rooms are just like the pictures and the kitchen is great though it could’ve had more supplies such as plates and utensils since it does sleep 16 people. There are two BBQ’s but we were not able to locate the utensils (We did not ask the host where they were and should have). I would’ve like to have an indoor “living room” instead of an office space, we made do outside on the patio area. One safety thing I feel I need to point out is in the main house there are two steps, one from the kitchen to the office area and one to the bedrooms. These steps are the same tile as the floor and several of my guest almost fell because they couldn’t see the step going up or down. We will definitely be booking this hotel in the future.”

“We had 11 guests across 2.5 weeks to house, so this property was a no brainer. What an AMAZING AND PERFECT property for large groups! We felt secluded within the property which was a great privacy and safety feature. The hosts are incredibly communicative and respond quickly to any and all messages. Every single room felt like home and was thoughtfully curated around the needs of guests. I cannot rave about this property enough! The perfect blend of a hotel with having your own rooms and private spaces, but the comfort of an airbnb with being able to gather in the main house kitchen or around the jacuzzi. Will have this place bookmarked forever!!”

“We loved our stay at this beautiful property. It boasts a stunning main house with three bedrooms and five additional independent rooms, each with its own bathroom and kitchen. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and we ended our last night around the fire pit making s’mores—a perfect setup for a group getaway! A few things to note: there isn’t a traditional living room or cozy communal area for evening relaxation, just a dining table. Additionally, the house lacked some basic supplies; we had to purchase items like dishwasher pods, sponges, salt, and oil, which are typically provided in an Airbnb—so plan for a quick grocery run if you stay here. We had some maintenance issues: a bathroom door didn’t open at check-in and the management company fixed it promptly sending a technician. We also encountered an issue with the alarm going off at night, which the management company couldn’t resolve over the weekend. That disrupted our sleep for two nights. Request the alarm to be disarmed!”

“Our stay at the Yucca Hotel Villa was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. The property was even more spacious than we expected and matched the photos perfectly. With a group of 16, we found there was plenty of room for everyone. All the rooms were clean and roomy, and the fully stocked kitchen and large living room in the main house comfortably accommodated the entire group for meals and entertainment. The highlight of the property was definitely the pool and BBQ area. The pool was a refreshing escape from the desert heat, and the BBQ space was large enough to prepare and serve everything we brought. Check-in was a breeze, although we did have a minor hiccup initially when the keys weren't in the original lockbox. However, APEK Rentals was incredibly responsive and quickly helped us resolve the issue. We also encountered a couple of minor problems—one of the AC units leaked, and a lock on one of the outside rooms wasn’t working. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was fantastic, and APEK's excellent communication more than made up for any inconvenience. Our family will definitely return to this wonderful place, and we highly recommend the Yucca Hotel Villa for any large group looking for an amazing getaway.”

“We were pretty excited about finding the Yucca Hotel - but it even exceeded our expectations! What a gem of a place! The grounds are much larger than the pictures make you think, the rooms were generous and well appointed, and the BBQs area as well as the kitchen and dining area inside the House was perfect for meals with our whole group of friends! We had a fantastic time, APEK rentals team was super responsive and took great care of us, including recommendations for things to do and options to augment our stay (hired chefs, poolside service, or massages - you name it they've got it!). “We stayed here for the weekend and were impressed from the moment we entered the gate. The layout is fantastic—the pool area, with five rooms lining the patio cover right at the water’s edge, was lovely. The main house features three additional rooms and is conveniently situated, making it easy for all guests to access the spacious, well-equipped shared kitchen.Overall, the room accommodations were very nice and comfortable. Aside from a few minor cosmetic details you might expect, everything was wonderfully comfortable and made for a great stay.A few helpful tips for future guests:• Grill & Music: We couldn’t locate the grilling utensils, so it might be worth asking the host where they are stored ahead of time. Also, the outdoor pool speakers weren’t working during our stay (support was very responsive and friendly when we reached out!), so bringing your own portable Bluetooth speaker is a good idea just in case.• Outdoors & Location: Keep an eye out for a beehive in the front yard if you have kids or pets running around. Additionally, if you plan to explore Palm Springs and nearby spots, keep in mind it's about a 20-minute drive—definitely not a dealbreaker, just something to plan around.All in all, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely love to stay here again!”

“Overall the place looked like the pictures and you would never know being inside the area you’re in. Friday morning we woke up to police coming inside of the Airbnb because they followed the suspect into an area behind us and he was attempting to jump the fence. Check out Sunday there was tape up and police across the street from the Airbnb. It didn’t concern us too much until we realized one of the rooms didn’t lock which was near the entrance. The host can’t stop crime from happening but it was concerning with the door not locking. A few things were broken. I’m not sure if that was from previous people but the fan in the first room didn’t work and the guest bathroom toilet paper dispenser by the first room was broken when we got there. Just a few maintenance issues but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our stay. We had some issues with the doors not unlocking but the host quickly helped us. Overall we would book again!”

“We had our small micro-wedding here and the property itself was great. Pool and hot tub were very nice and each room was spacious and clean. Outdoor spaces were beautiful!The setup is very unique; a hotel with 5 rooms and a main house with 3 additional rooms.This place has its quirks, rooms 12 and 34 are conjoined by small hallways that do not lock on the room side. Because of this, whoever is staying in room 1 could theoretically just walk into room 2. Rooms 12 and rooms 34 each have a differing sets of keypad locks (didn’t work) room 3 4 also did not lock from the outside so anybody could walk into the rooms if not locked from the inside. While room 5 only opened with a key.Two of the 3 rooms in the main house also did not have locks on the doors. Big on the honor system here.The only real negative was check in/communication. Upon arriving, we got the room codes and nearly every Code was incorrect, so there were rooms we could not get in. After contacting the host through chat, they provided backup codes, which opened rooms 12. (34 never locked so they were always open)Then the Vrbo app had gone down for about an hour or two so we did not have access to the correct codes and upon calling the host, we were passed around to too many service reps (had no answers) instead of a singular property manager who could answer our questions. Would be helpful to have single point of contact. Gym gear was broken too.After that trouble though, it was smooth sailing!”

“There were a few hiccups upon arrival and tiny issues that arose however the hosts were very responsive and offered solutions to the issues with promises to fix the issues for future guests. Since they were not issues that truly disturbed our stay as we are fairly easy going bunch, found best the issues could wait to be fixed after our departure. Communication with hosts was smooth and friendly. Overall our stay was amazing! We will definitely be booking again. The home is extremely spacious, beautiful, truly feels like your own mini oasis. “The place was easy to find, check in and communicating with the host. Pros: multiple rooms/restrooms, gym, pool, big front yard, Bon fire etc. Cons: trash spilled in the front upon arrival, pool was greenish and spa bubble stopped working, few things are broken but notified host. Ac on main house not very effective and can still feel the heat outside. All patio umbrellas are broken. Main refrigerator defective not cold enough and other door ref broken. Frot main house entry should have caution tape or rail for old folks or disable person for safety. All issues reported to the host and very responsive. Overall, from 1 is being the worst and 10-is excellent my grade to this place is 8.”
