“The home was amazing! Super unique layout, but didn't make it feel uninviting. The house itself has a GORGEOUS primary suite! Joshua was an amazing host who was always responsive to questions I had. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone looking to have a wonderful time in a gorgeous home. The only "negative" is 4th bedroom is located exteriorly upstairs to the other 3 / rest of the house, and has no direct ensuite bathroom. Which means you need to go outside and downstairs to use the bathroom. Additionally the 4th room is really not well ventilated, so if the windows are closed, it will get extremely stuffy and out. Our group did not use that bedroom, so it was not an issue for us, but I could see it being an issue in the dead of summer if you need to use it.”

“We had a wonderful stay on Easter break. The place was immaculate. The pool and Jacuzzi were amazing at the end of the night. Lots of amenities and fully stocked. Highly recommend this property.”

“We loved the stay at Escape Island. It was unusually hot the weekend we went so the AC was a nice amenity and worked well. It was clean and well stocked. The pool was the perfect size and the hot tub warmed up quickly. Beds were comfortable and made for a good night's rest. The only issue we had was a clogged sink but they had the repair man cover over asap. The location was perfect and it was an easy drive to the main Palm Springs area.”

“Stayed here for a few nights with a group of friends. Loved that it was pet friendly. The space has a lot of character. The pool is lovely and it is heated (for an additional fee). Next time I am visiting Palm Springs with a group I will definitely continue renting this space again.”

“The place was excellent, perfect for our group. The kitchen is wonderful, the living room was spacious. The hot tub can take a while to get warm when the temperature outside is cooler, as it sort of mixes with the pool water over the dividing wall, but it was an excellent spot to sit and chat with friends. The host was very communicative, although some of the more marketing-type messages got a little distracting to tell what was relevant vs what was key information. Would return in the future, a great stay!”

“We had a great stay. The property is beautiful and was perfect for our group, and the layout and amenities worked very well for a group retreat. APEK Rentals was responsive and checked in often, which we appreciated. The only challenge during our stay was a scheduled overnight power outage that we weren’t notified of in advance. While it didn’t significantly impact our overall experience, having a heads-up would have helped us prepare and would have avoided some inconvenience. Overall, we would still rate this a 5-star stay and would happily stay again and recommend to other groups!”

Had some issues with a shower not working and a roof leak after a crazy rainstorm but APEX did communicate, and we were able to figure out a solution. Family is already asking to stay there again!!!!”

“This property was an absolute rare find. The vibe is super cool with awesome decor in every room of the house. The pool was perfect size, the front area for golf and lounging was super peaceful. The host was extremely responsive. For example, the air conditioning went out briefly on a hot day and they immediately sent out an electrician and had it fixed. Goat was also very friendly. I would return here again.”

“Our stay at Escape Island was perfect. Would recommend for a group of 6 people willing to share beds. Downstairs is immaculate and just as described. Pool and Spa were the perfect size and had great seating in each to congregate and chat while cooling off. (Definitely spring for the pool heat!) BBQ grill worked great. It’s a hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood and you’ll be downtown near the action in 6 minutes or less. We adored our stay!”
