“The house was beautiful and clean and very well decorated. The bed in the master bedroom sank in towards the middle, probably needs to be replaced. But other than that, the house is really nice. I didn’t realize that the house is under a flight path. So we heard jets taking off about every 30 mins. And it was extremely windy. Our Uber drivers said it’s always like that on that side of town. It was difficult to lay out with the wind because the patio furniture and towels kept blowing away. Other than that, it was a really nice stay and the host was very responsive.”

“We had a fantastic 12-day stay at this Palm Springs property and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a nice living room. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, including cookware, plenty of plates, and glass wear. One small suggestion would be to add grilling tongs and a meat thermometer for the BBQ. The outdoor space is where this property really shines. The heated pool and hot tub were excellent, the patio dining area was perfect for outdoor meals, and the gas grill was great for evening dinners. The fire pit was one of the best I’ve experienced at any poolside setting. Management and staff were outstanding. The general manager was pleasant and helpful, and housekeeping and maintenance were prompt whenever needed. I would definitely request this property again on my next Palm Springs visit.”

“Really enjoyed our stay here for our weekend trip to Palm Springs. It was the perfect size for our group which was 2 families (4 adults and 2 kids and an infant). Especially loved the extra touches of having a few kid/baby amentities on site such as a pack n play and high chair. The kitchen was stocked with plenty to make food and eat. Highlight was the pool and hot tub which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Slight issue in getting the hot tub jets to turn on but that wasn't a big deal to us as it was heated and fun for the kids no matter what. Great location as it was close to downtown Palm Springs and the tramway and other PS attractions.”

“The rental was beautiful and serene. One issue with turning in the spa but was sorted quickly. The only thing I wish would have been mentioned was the pool cleaner and gardener coming by. Totally understand these services need to happen and they did enhance our stay, but when they arrived we were in the pool so we needed to sit out in wet suits for about an hour for the cleaner to complete the job. Just a heads up would have helped. Otherwise perfect.”

“I had a great stay! The place was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We were able to check in early and check out late for a small fee, which was totally reasonable and worth it. Heating the jacuzzi was included at no extra cost, which was a great bonus. Check-out was easy and hassle-free. I’d definitely stay here again and would be happy to book other properties from this host in the future. Highly recommend!”

“House was great for a family vacation with an infant. They provided a pack n play and a high chair. Check in was a breeze. House was clean and had everything we needed and then some. The only downsides were that the house is very close to the airport so you do get some plane noise. The pool heating fee was steep. We would stay here again!”

“This place was perfect for our family of 6. It had just the right amount of space and the backyard and pool were the perfect place to relax on our slow mornings and after a day of adventuring. The open concept wad great for everyone to be together. We decided to heat the pool and it was SO worth it. My whole family spent so much time in the pool all week. We did need to message the host when we were done using the jacuzzi to turn the pool heat back on but they responded every time within minutes and we had no issues with having a warm pool and using the jacuzzi at the same time.”

“We visited as combined families: three adults, four near-adult teenagers, and our dogs. We were escaping the relative cold and dark of home—and got nice sunny days at the winter solstice. Warm enough to be in and by to the (heated) pool, just what we needed. Into the evening, the jacuzzi was great. We mostly ate out, but brought back leftovers, snacks, and drinks: the kitchen was well appointed and useful for all our needs. The living room fit all of us for movies, and the house felt especially spacious when we were fission-fusioning between a few simultaneous activities. Beds were comfy. Sofas were comfy for naps. Towels were nice. Products in general (soap, etc), were nice and not cheap. There is a bit of noise from the airport. We only noticed it outside. The street is quiet, the neighbors were friendly. Restaurants are a drive, but not really very far; and some good takeout (nice italian deli) relatively close.”

“Positive: The outdoor living space was incredible! Loved the pool, hot tub, lounge area and barbecue. Location was great - 10 mins drive to downtown. The kitchen was well equipped too. Negative: The pull out couch was very small and definitely not comfortable for an adult to sleep on. Would be ok for a child maybe but that could have been clearer in the listing that it’s not adult sized. Also weirdly both lamps in one of the rooms didn’t work.”

Only con was the annoying way you have to text the management company about the hot tub anytime you need it turned on. Plus, they’re super sassy when you ask (like you’re an inconvenience). “We really enjoyed Joshuas home. Very clean, loved that the home was not only beautiful, but fully stocked with anything you could possibly need in the bath&kitchen. His property manager Isaiah was quick to come with any issue we had . Joshua addressed issues quickly CONS: Couldn’t log into WIFI, info given was incorrect.He controls pool /Jacuzzi remotely. Listing said Jacuzzi heating included during entire stay, was required text him to turn on 1/2 hour before each use.Took longer than 1/2 hr to heat ,no bubbles ,never heated pass warm. Paid additional $99 to heat the pool ,had to txt Him at 10 am to turn the pool on which took quite a while to heat and warmed by 1pm. We got 1/2 a day in the pool. The BBQ didn’t turn on because needed new batteries in the igniter, shower handle was broken could not get water to come on ,so Isaiah came out to show us how to turn it on w/ care. Did not enjoy bothering them so much for issues that could’ve been addressed before we arrived.”
