“Positive: This was a comfortable four bedroom house for four adult women. The hot tub was nice in chilly weather. Negative: About the two bathrooms: one was in master suite and the second small one in hallway close to two bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is more distant. It made rather awkward arrangements for four adult women. The garage opener diff do my work but could lift the door. Some repairs are needed. The bathtub needed a stopper to hold water (fortunately I carry one). After renting, we discovered $100 a day to heat swimming pool. Lots of paperwork to fill out, and forms didn’t always show up.”

“We had a nice stay at this location. The house feels spacious and inviting. It's a beautiful property, and the pool was fabulous and clean. The APEK management team was friendly and responsive. They quickly delivered a new container of dishwasher detergent pods when we alerted them that they were out. The garage door stopped working during our stay, which meant we either needed to open and close it manually or leave our car parked outside in the 109 degree weather -- neither option was particularly compelling, and unfortunately they weren't able to repair the garage door during our stay.”

“This was my first time renting an airbnb and it was great. The place was great and the host was great as well. There was obviously a couple small/minor things but overall was a great place and I definitely will be renting this place again. Plus they had lots of extra amenities like towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, even coffee! Definitely recommend this place. Only thing I would add would be a pool table in the extra living room area. It is for sure worth the money to rent.”

“We travelled as 2 families - 4 adults + 4 kids aged 4-8. This house was great for our group. In a good location in Palm Springs. We paid extra to have the pool heated during our stay. Although kinda pricey, I must say the pool was really quite warm and meant the kids spent hours and hours in there. We all found the beds really comfortable and the linens were super soft. Kids loved the pac man game. Would recommend and would stay again.”

“My friends and I used this place for the 2nd year in a row and felt at home immediately. House was clean and well-stocked (except for laundry detergent). Internet connection didn’t work for one day, but contact responded well and took care of the problem. Due to coolish weather, the jacuzzi was a hit.”

“Positive: Absolutely gorgeous, beautiful house with plenty of room to lounge inside and outside. Rooms are, well, roomy. Well distributed space inside, you could have people napping while other people watch a movie in the living room without bugging each other. Outside there are also separate areas to be, where kids can be at the pool, while others can be playing on the lawn and yet others can be relaxing — all without being on top of each other. Negative: Nothing, it was great! The hosts were available via text to help with all our needs.”

“Our family loved our stay in palm springs. This airbnb was clean, spacious, and nearby to anything you might need to get to including several grocery stores or downtown palm springs. There was more than enough room for all of us and each bed was comfortable and clean. The pool and outside area was well maintained and we spent most of our time outside. Joshua went above and beyond a few times for us: when we noticed there was no umbrella outside because the gusty winds broke them. He delivered one right away, less than 30 minutes. He answered all of our questions and was readily available. We had no issues and we would definitely stay here again.”

I just wish they had more kitchen supplies for cooking. my only complaint is the cleaning fee when I'm requiring to clean the dishes and run the dishwasher, also collect the towels. some of the bed linens were not fresh smell. towels for the pool, some of them were folded wet. the toilet in the master bedroom was rocking. needed to be fixed.”

“I want to start off by saying this house is absolutely beautiful. The location was close to the airport, downtown, and local hot spots. The house is full with everything you need for your stay - extra towels, board games, air fryer, grill, and more. Our host was very fast at responding so anything our group needed he was fast and easy to get ahold of. We only had some minor issues with this place that the host was very quick to help us with. Day 1 we were very excited to go swimming but unfortunately the pool was not clean and ready for us, when we messaged the owner he said the pool guys would be there soon to clean it. I would suggest to the owner to place a skimmer for people who are staying at the home to use. We also didn’t love the extra added fees for wanting to check in early and leave late but overall was a wonderful home to stay and enjoy Palm Springs. Would stay here again.”
